I’m Will Schmierer. I work full time as a service and commercial plumber and I’m enrolled in the NEFBA program as part of my journey to earn my master plumber license. My goal is to build and run my own plumbing business in the next few years, and I’m all in. Before diving into the trades, I spent years leading teams, building systems, and helping businesses grow through better communication and stronger operations. That background still drives me today, both in the field and through Lovable Gazelle, where I help home service businesses stop running on chaos and start operating with purpose. I care about people. I care about culture. I care about doing the work the right way. I’m also a husband, a dad to three amazing kids, and a stroke survivor who knows what it means to fight back and lead by example.
