I’m Will Schmierer. My work moves between plumbing jobs, agency projects, and conversations with business owners. I write code, work through strategy, and help teams get projects out the door. That mix shapes how I build.
I came out of retirement because I’m tired of seeing marketing agencies take advantage of plumbers and other trades owners. You work too damn hard to pay for vague promises, rented websites, and reports that don’t tell you what got done.
So my daughter, Ali Emma, and I are building Lovable Gazelle into the agency we want in our corner. I build. Ali handles operations and client success. You talk to us. We stay accountable.
Before Lovable Gazelle, I spent 20+ years shipping work for names like the NBA, Microsoft, Campbell’s, and Viacom. That experience belongs here too. The people doing essential work deserve that level of care.
