Why does the price drop after six months?
Because the heavy lifting is front-loaded. The first six months are the build phase: systems designed, deployed, and tuned. Once things are stable, keeping them sharp costs less, so your price steps down. Agencies charge the same forever because you never stop renting them. You’re not renting us.
What does the $499 Assessment include?
A full read of your stack and operation: what’s worth automating, which AI is real for you, and a build roadmap. You leave with a report and a live working session, and the $499 is credited toward your build.
What’s the difference between Deploy and Operate?
Deploy is productized: one system at a time, flat $3,500 a month. Operate is forward-deployed. We work inside your operation, ship new builds every month, and the price steps down to $5,000 once your systems are stable.
Can I do a one-time project instead?
Yes. The Build starts at $12,500 for custom sites, internal tools, and AI agents, built from scratch and handed off completely. Plenty of Builds turn into ongoing partnerships, but there’s no obligation.
What if I already have a website or CRM?
We build around what’s working and replace what you’re renting. Either way, what you end up with is yours: documented, handed off, and running in accounts you control.
